Policy Title: Customized Work Arrangements for Staff
Summary: Drake University recognizes the value and necessity of customized work arrangement options for staff, as such flexibility can support efforts to attract quality applicants; retain valued employees; enhance productivity; improve morale; and optimize the provision of university services and use of university office space, parking, and resources. Thus, the University may approve Customized Work Arrangements (CWAs), such as remote work or flexible schedules, for staff employees whose job duties are appropriate for such assignments, if operationally feasible and consistent with departmental service standards.
