Drake Public Relations students have interned with Meredith Corporation; Drake University Communications; the Iowa Department of Natural Resources, West Des Moines School District and other state and local government agencies; the Iowa Legislature; Drake Athletics, the U.S. Olympic Committee, Iowa Barnstormers, Iowa Cubs and Iowa Buccaneers; Bank of America and Principal Financial Group; the Iowa State Fair; the Integer Group; LS2Group political consultants; Hennepin County Medical Center, Iowa Health Care Association and MidAmerican Energy; Strategic America, and numerous political parties and campaigns at the local, state, and national level.
