Dr. Clapham earned her B.S. at Loyola University of Chicago and her M.S. and Ph.D. at Iowa State University. She teaches courses in industrial psychology, organizational psychology, psychological assessment, intelligence, and introductory psychology.
Her primary research focuses on examining methods of assessing creativity and techniques for promoting or developing creativity. In addition, Dr. Clapham applies her expertise in psychological measurement to the development and validation of instruments for a variety of applications, such as the assessment of cognitive errors related to gambling behavior, and the examination of work-family conflict.
