Whether you're looking to squeeze in a quick workout between classes or explore new exercise routines, Fitness On Demand brings convenience and variety to your wellness journey.

Students can also take advantage of the Fitness On Demand kiosk located in our fitness studio to access a wide range of virtual workout classes on-site. Simply browse the kiosk’s user-friendly interface to select a class that suits your interests and schedule. Once chosen, the workout will be displayed on the studio’s big screen, creating an immersive fitness experience. Whether you prefer yoga, cardio, strength training, or dance, the kiosk allows you to enjoy a guided session at your convenience, either individually or with friends.
