Drake University students, employees, and members can enjoy free access to a variety of fitness classes designed to suit every schedule and fitness level. Conveniently register for classes through the Drake Rec mobile app or online, ensuring a seamless experience. All classes are held in the state-of-the-art Fitness Studio at the Bell Center, unless otherwise noted, providing a welcoming and energizing environment. Yoga Nidra is a relaxation and meditation practice that guides participants to a state of conscious relaxation, blurring the line between wakefulness and sleep. Practiced lying down, it involves systematic relaxation, breath awareness, and guided visualization to induce deep physical, mental, and emotional relaxation.  This is a great way to prepare for Study Day!
