Internal Notification of Award

SPARC will send out the following information to the VP for Business & Finance, the Principal Investigator (PI), Dean, Provost, Grants Accountant, and the Director for Marketing & Communication:

• Grant Notice of Award
• The budget, period of award, title of project, and amount awarded

The Grants Accountant will set-up a fund code in Banner, Drake's accounting system. The budget will be entered in Banner using the information in the grant proposal and notice of award.

The departmental budget manager will be notified via email when their access privileges have been established within Banner. This access allows the departmental budget manager to track actual vs. budgeted expenditures.
