Advertising in Olmsted

Banners in the Breezeway
Banner display space is available in the breezeway of lower Olmsted. Stop by the Student Life Center to reserve your space and make your banner!

Posting Flyers & Posters
Flyers can be hung up in designated areas in Olmsted and Hubbell. All flyers must be approved through the Student Life Center before being posted. Drop your flyers off and we approve and hang them!

Tabling in the Breezeway
Groups can promote their events and organizations at designated tables in Olmsted and Hubbell. To reserve a table, please use Virtual EMS. *Note: only designated individuals (organization president and VEMS Coordinator) can access the system. If you have questions please contact SLC@drake.edu

A-Frame Boards (Sandwich Boards)
A-Frame boards can give your event or group more visibility in high traffic areas inside and outside of Olmsted. Boards can be reserved online or through the Student Life Center. All boards are available to student groups on a first-come, first-served basis.

Trademark Guidelines
Creating items such as t-shirts, pens, hats, mugs, etc, can elevate the visibility of your program. Be sure that any materials created using the Drake logo are within university guidelines and are produced by our contracted vendors.

Times Delphic
Want your event to have even more visibility? Consider advertising through the campus paper. The TD has a variety of advertising space and pricing to fit your group's needs
