Heidi C. Mannetter, MBA, PMP

Associate Professor of Practice in Marketing and MBA Director

Heidi C. Mannetter, an Associate Professor of Practice in Marketing in the Zimpleman College of Business at Drake University, brings nearly two decades of professional experience to the courses she teaches. Professor Mannetter is a certified project manager and has led enterprise-wide strategic planning and digital transformation initiatives in positions at corporations including Principal Financial Group, Pella Windows and Doors, and Marsh McLennan.

Professor Mannetter is currently researching the implications of generative AI on higher education as she strives to complete her dissertation in late 2024. In addition to her teaching and research activities, Professor Mannetter is the Director of Zimpleman's MBA program, serves as a faculty advisor for the Delta Sigma Pi chapter on campus, and is a regular mentor and pitch deck consultant for the Global Insurance Accelerator's cohort of insurtech start-ups each spring.
