Liping Zheng came to the Zimpleman College of Business at Drake University in 2009, after receiving her B.A. from Jilin University in China, her M.A. from the University of International Business and Economics in China, and a second M.A. and a Ph.D. from the University of New Hampshire. Liping’s research straddles the border between economics and finance, especially international finance. Liping teaches “Principles of Macroeconomics,” “Money and Banking,” “International Economics,” and a new course on “China’s Economy.” Liping holds a “Cognate in Teaching” from the University of New Hampshire, having completed several courses on how to teach undergraduates.
