Banner Outage

ITS staff are aware of and investigating a Banner outage; users are experiencing timeout issues when accessing Admin Pages or Banner Self Service. We’ll provide updates as we work to resolve this issue. 

If you’re being impacted by this issue, contact the ITS Support Center by entering a Banner Issue ticket, calling 515-271-3001, or visiting the lower level of Carnegie Hall.
