SJMC Finals Destress Event
We know how stressful finals can be, so join us on Tuesday, May 14, from 1-3pm in Meredith 124C for board games and card games. Bring your friends for some friendly competition and take your mind off all the finals stress.
Women in journalism club
Please take a moment to take this survey, which aims to gauge interest in a Women in Journalism club based in the Drake SJMC. The club would be a safe space for women and other minorities pursuing careers in the journalism field by building an uplifting and supportive community. Any Drake student interested in pursuing a career in the media can join to swap ideas, internship leads, and stories.

Time to Celebrate Our Seniors!
We will hold our annual SJMC Senior Send-Off at Twisted Vine in the East Village on Wednesday, May 15, from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Plan ahead to avoid delays due to road construction in the area. Also, this is the last call for seniors to pick up an SJMC coffee mug as a graduation gift from MER 118.
