Online & Summer Courses
If fall and spring semester leave you wanting more, you can choose from several learning opportunities over the summer: on-campus classes, online courses, or travel seminars to places such as Central America, Asia, and Europe.
Whether you stay on campus, choose one of 60 online courses offered in areas such as accounting, education, English, history, or the sciences, or travel abroad, you’ll be taught by Drake faculty, who will extend your exceptional learning experience into the summer months.

June, July, August: The Office of Admission is open for individual campus visits and tours Monday-Friday.
June -The application for Fall 2013 transfer admission will be accepted through the end of the month. Applications submitted after July 1 will be considered on a space-available basis.
July 4-5- Drake closed for Independence Day
August 1 - application opens for Fall 2014 admission
August 5-9- Iowa Private College Week
August 21 - First Year Student move-in day
August 26 - First day of fall semester
