Office of Student Records and Academic Information

The Office of Student Records and Academic Information is responsible for the accuracy and integrity of all student records. Included in our responsibilities are:

  • Producing student transcripts
  • Creating each semester's schedule of classes
  • Conducting registration each semester
  • Scheduling classrooms
  • Evaluating transfer credits
  • Processing grades
  • Maintaining all student records
  • Providing degree and enrollment verifications

Important Dates

 

Oct 5
Spring 2010 schedule of classes live on web

 

Oct 9
Web entry for midterm grades opens for faculty. Midterm grades become viewable to students one day after faculty submit them online. Faculty have until Oct 23 to submit midterm grades.

 

Oct 16
Midpoint of semester. Last day to drop a class. (A mark of "W" will appear on transcript.)

 

Oct 23
Web entry for midterm grades ends. All midterm grades are due by this day.

 

Nov 2
Web entry for final grades opens for faculty. Faculty have until Jan 4, 2010, to submit final grades. Registration for the spring 2010 semester begins for admitted students.

 

Nov 13
Initial registration period for spring 2010 semester ends.

 

Nov 16
Non-degree-seeking students become eligible to register for spring 2010 classes.

 

Dec 4
Final grades become viewable to students in blueVIEW.

 

Dec 11
Day free for study

 

Dec 14-18
Final exams

 

Dec 18
Fall 2009 semester officially ends.
