Student Records and Academic Information
The Office of Student Records and Academic Information is responsible for the accuracy and integrity of all student records. Included in our responsibilities are:
- Producing student transcripts
- Creating each semester's schedule of classes
- Conducting registration each semester
- Scheduling classrooms
- Evaluating transfer credits
- Processing grades
- Planning and executing part of the commencement ceremonies
- Providing degree and enrollment verifications
- Maintaining all student records
Spring 2012 - Add and Drop Deadlines
The last day to add a class is Monday, January 23.
The last day to drop a class (without a "W" recorded on your transcript) is Monday, January 30.
Once the semester begins, students must drop or add classes by obtaining their instructor's and advisor's signature on a drop/add slip. Blueview will not be available for students to drop or add classes.
