Drake's Supervisory Leadership program is an open enrollment program designed for new and emerging leaders looking to demonstrate their value and move up the leadership pipeline.

Learn effective leadership strategies and tactics in our Supervisory Leadership course. Take time to understand your personal leadership brand and how this influences leadership effectiveness. Participants will be provided with practical tools and actionable techniques for building and managing effective teams. Who Should Attend?

This course will benefit New and Emerging leaders who are transitioning from a team member to a team leader or those looking to move into leadership. Learn foundational competencies to successfully transition into the leadership of agile, collaborative, and result-driven teams.

The Format

Supervisory Leadership is broken into three, 2-day sessions. The cohort model encourages an apply-as-you-learn approach, broken up into two halves that focus on The New Leader and Building Effective Teams. Learn more about each module here.
