This course will benefit New and Emerging leaders who are transitioning from a team member to a team leader or those looking to move into leadership. Learn foundational competencies to successfully transition into the leadership of agile, collaborative, and result-driven teams.
Supervisory Leadership is broken into three, 2-day sessions. The cohort model encourages an apply-as-you-learn approach, broken up into two halves that focus on The New Leader and Building Effective Teams. Learn more about each module here.
