Update: Microsoft Outage

ITS staff continue to monitor the Microsoft outage impacting Outlook and Teams. The web version of Outlook is sporadically inaccessible and some users are experiencing timeouts when using the desktop app. In Teams, some users are experiencing slow connections or timeouts with messages not syncing.
Microsoft reports they’ve applied a fix to most impacted environments, and we expect services to stabilize soon. We’ll share additional information as it becomes available. Thank you for your patience.
