ProcessMaker User Sync Issue, Fri 4/4

ITS staff and our vendor partner will be applying an update to the ProcessMaker system this evening (Fri., April 4) beginning at 6 p.m. and lasting approximately 30 minutes. During this time, some automated processes may be paused or delayed until after the maintenance work is complete. This work is necessary because of issues relating to back end processes not correctly sync’ing new and current users of campus systems.
