Drake Intramurals

So far this semester we’ve completed intramural seasons in volleyball, outdoor soccer, and unified volleyball. We’ve also had one day tournament brackets in 2v2 sand volleyball and 3v3 basketball. We are still mid-season in co-rec basketball, 4v4 flag football, and innertube water polo. Finally, we are in playoffs for both tennis and racquetball singles.

We’ve had a total of 824 participants over the ten sports we’ve offered so far. We’ve also had several Special Olympics athletes take part in our unified volleyball season. We’re particularly pleased with participation from new students, as freshman lead participation.

Unified volleyball is a sport we are happy returned since Spring of 2020.  We partner Drake students with special Olympic athletes.  It is a great sport and opportunity for everyone to have fun.
