Summer Research Fellowships

The Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship Program, offered through the Drake University Science Collaborative Institute, is a great opportunity for you to improve your research skills and build your resume by conducting eight weeks of focused research with a faculty member during summer break.

As a research fellow, you’ll participate in a comprehensive research experience that includes field trips, workshops, weekly research meetings, and social activities. You’ll also receive a monetary stipend to help pay for your summer living expenses.

At the end of the summer, you’ll hone your professional communication skills by presenting your research to faculty, other fellows, and guests.
