Work Order/Dispatch
The Work Order/Dispatch desk is the communication center for Facility Services. Brenda receives work order requests for services provided by Facility Services. The work orders are then distributed to the different departments for completion. Approximately 9000 work orders are generated each year at Facility Services.
The Web Requester program is available to each department on campus to submit and track work orders online. If you have any questions or would like to have your department set up in this program, contact Venetta Hammond at 2706.
To submit a work order, contact your building manager who will submit the work order to Brenda.
For a hot/cold room call, a leak or an emergency, call Brenda at 3955.
For emergencies after Facility Services business hours, contact Security at 2222.
