College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences
Our organization aims to shed light on the career path of consultant pharmacy (pharmacy for geriatric patients and long-term care patients). We work to educate pharmacy students, pharmacists, and the general community about health issues that geriatric populations experience and how to best serve those populations as pharmacists. We hope to bring awareness to issues that affect geriatric populations and encourage more health professionals to learn about this group of people as they are often overlooked in all parts of our healthcare system.
